1. SCOPE
The following General Terms and Conditions of Business in the version valid at the time of the order shall apply exclusively to the business relations between Büffel Bill Deutschland GmbH Holzeckstraße 1, DE-78224 Singen and the customer for orders of goods within Germany, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg in the online shop at www.bueffelbill.com.
2. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German or English. The presentation of the goods on www.bueffelbill.com does not constitute a legally binding offer by Büffel Bill to conclude a sales contract, but rather a non-binding online catalogue. Only the customer's order of goods constitutes a binding offer by the customer to Büffel Bill Deutschland GmbH to conclude a purchase contract in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. The customer submits a binding offer for all items in his shopping cart by clicking on the "Confirm payment" button during the ordering process. Confirmation of receipt of your order is sent together with acceptance of the order immediately after sending by an automated e-mail. With this email confirmation the purchase contract is concluded. Upon receipt of the order, Büffel Bill will inform the customer of the receipt of his order by e-mail, in which the details of the order are listed (order confirmation and invoice). Upon receipt of the order confirmation, the purchase agreement is simultaneously accepted by Büffel Bill.
3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL ACCORDING TO OR
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took or has taken possession of the last goods.
In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us (Büffel Bill Deutschland GmbH, Holzeckstrasse 1, 78224 Singen, Germany, info@bueffelbill.com, telephone: +49 (0)7731 63056 ) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter, fax or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to revoke this contract. You may use the attached model revocation form, which is not mandatory.
In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the end of the revocation period.
Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this Agreement, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (other than any additional charges arising from your choosing a different method of delivery to the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this Agreement. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. This period is deemed to have been observed if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You will only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
contracts for the supply of goods which are not pre-packaged and the production of which is subject to individual choice or designation by the consumer or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer contracts for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded

4. AVAILABILITY OF THE GOODS
Büffel Bill is entitled to withdraw from the contract if Büffel Bill is not supplied correctly and/or in time by its suppliers. However, the right to rescind the agreement shall not exist if Büffel Bill is responsible for the unavailability of the goods. The customer shall be informed immediately of the unavailability of the goods. Any consideration paid by the customer shall be refunded immediately.
5. TERMS OF DELIVERY
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer.
In the case of fresh products that require refrigeration, Büffel Bill Deutschland GmbH guarantees compliance with the legally prescribed maximum temperatures only if the customer selects the "express parcel" shipping method, and even then only in the event that the first attempt to deliver the ordered fresh products to the specified delivery address is successful. Further information on fresh products requiring refrigeration can be found in the freshness guarantee. Not possible for orders with mozzarella and burrata.
Büffel Bill is entitled to make partial deliveries, provided this is reasonable for the customer. In the event of partial deliveries, the customer shall only bear the shipping costs that would have been incurred in the event of the total delivery of the ordered goods.
If present, only he himself or a person of full age authorised by him to receive the delivery is entitled to receive the goods delivery. The customer shall indemnify Büffel Bill against claims of third parties arising from the breach of this obligation.
If the customer is in default of acceptance or culpably violates other obligations to cooperate, Büffel Bill shall be entitled to demand compensation for the resulting damage, including any additional expenses. We reserve the right to assert further claims.
The risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the purchased item shall pass to the customer at the point in time at which the customer is in default of acceptance.
The shipment is made by DPD Food Express Parcels are delivered during the week, such as Saturdays between 8:00 and 12:00, in Austria the delivery takes place between 8:00 and 17:00.
Delivery in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg takes place Tuesday to Friday between 08:00 and 18:00.
With the purchase, the customer agrees to the passing on of necessary data to the relevant shipping service provider.
6. PRICES, MINIMUM ORDER VALUE, COSTS
The prices at the time of the order apply. All prices include the statutory value added tax at the current rate.
Exception delivery costs: In the case of island deliveries, increased delivery costs may also be incurred subsequently.
The minimum order value in Germany and the Netherlands is 39.90€ per order, the delivery costs are 9.90€. From an order value of 100€, delivery in Germany and the Netherlands is free of charge.
The minimum order value in Belgium, Luxembourg and Austria is 49.90€ per order, the delivery costs are 9.90€. From an order value of 150€, delivery in Belgium, Luxembourg and Austria is free of charge.
The shipping costs depend on the residence of the customer, the order quantity and the selected shipping method and are displayed to the customer during the ordering process.
In case of a cancellation of the contract according to No.3 of the GTC, the customer is obliged to bear the regular costs of the return shipment if the delivered goods correspond to those ordered.
7. TERMS OF PAYMENT
The purchase price is due for payment with the purchase contract that has come about.
The customer has the possibility to pay by Paypal, Cedrit Card, Klarna. Further information on the individual payment methods can be found in the payment information.
It is not possible to deduct a discount.
In the event that a direct debit is not honoured or returned, the customer hereby irrevocably authorises his bank to inform Buffalo Bill of his name and current address. Büffel Bill may demand from the customer possible return debit charges, which were invoiced to Büffel Bill for reasons for which the customer is responsible.
PayPal
After confirming the purchase, the customer is automatically redirected to PayPal to process the payment through the account.
Credit card
The credit card account will be charged after the order is completed. The payment will be processed through PayPal. However, no PayPal account is required.
Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, the following payment options are offered via Klarna:

- Instant payment: Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order.
8. RETENTION OF TITLE
The delivered goods remain the property of Büffel Bill Deutschland GmbH until full payment of the purchase price.
9. WARRANTY
If there is a defect in the goods ordered, the statutory provisions shall apply. The order shall be deemed to have been duly fulfilled if the customer does not complain to Büffel Bill Deutschland GmbH in writing (e-mail) or by telephone immediately after receipt of the goods. Büffel Bill Deutschland GmbH does not accept any guarantee for loss of quality in the case of unrefrigerated meat deliveries or default of acceptance. Büffel Bill Deutschland GmbH guarantees that the pieces of meat selected for the customer always correspond at least to the weight ordered at the time of dispatch. During delivery, the meat may lose weight slightly due to the natural leakage of liquid. Büffel Bill Deutschland GmbH accepts no guarantee for this and cannot be held liable in the event of a lower weight on arrival at the buyer's premises. There shall therefore be no claim to compensation, return or exchange of the delivered products.
10. REDEMPTION OF VOUCHERS
- Vouchers which are issued free of charge by the Seller within the framework of promotions with a certain period of validity and which cannot be purchased by the Customer can only be redeemed in the Seller's online shop and only within the specified period.
- Vouchers can only be redeemed by consumers.
- Individual products may be excluded from the voucher promotion.
- Vouchers can only be redeemed before the order process is completed. A subsequent settlement is not possible.
- Only one voucher can be redeemed per order.
- The value of the goods must exceed the amount of the voucher. Any remaining credit will not be refunded by the seller.
- If the value of the voucher is not sufficient to cover the order, one of the other payment methods offered by the seller can be chosen to settle the difference.
- The credit balance of a voucher is neither paid out in cash nor does it bear interest.
- The voucher will not be refunded if the customer returns the goods paid for in full or in part with the voucher within the scope of his statutory right of cancellation.
- The voucher is transferable. The seller may make payment with discharging effect to the respective holder who redeems the voucher in the seller's online shop. This does not apply if the Seller has knowledge or grossly negligent ignorance of the non-authorisation, legal incapacity or lack of authorisation to represent the respective owner.
11. LIABILITY
Büffel Bill Deutschland GmbH, Holzeckstraße 1, 78224 Singen, Germany, is fully liable for damage in the event of intent and gross negligence.
Liability for simple negligence shall only exist in the case of damages resulting from injury to life, body or health as well as in the case of a breach of a material contractual obligation, the fulfilment of which makes the proper execution of the contract possible in the first place or the breach of which endangers the achievement of the purpose of the contract and on the observance of which the customer regularly relies (cardinal obligation). In the event of negligent breach of cardinal obligations, liability is limited to contract-typical and foreseeable damages.
Statutory strict liability (e.g. in accordance with the Product Liability Act) and liability arising from our own acceptance of a guarantee shall remain unaffected.
The legal representatives, employees and vicarious agents of Büffel Bill shall not be further liable than Buffalo Bill itself.
Büffel Bill Deutschland GmbH is not the manufacturer of the goods offered on this website, unless this is expressly stated. The product packaging and associated documents may contain information that goes beyond and/or differs from the information provided on our website. 13. PLACE OF JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
For deliveries within Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg the law of Germany shall apply. This also applies if orders are placed from a country other than Germany or if deliveries are made to a country other than Germany.
If the customer is a merchant, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for disputes arising from or in connection with the business relationship shall be the registered office of Büffel Bill Deutschland GmbH in Singen. The same place of jurisdiction shall apply if the customer's place of residence or habitual abode is not known at the time the action is brought.
Should one or more provisions be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
