Our gourmet burgers bring out the taste of buffalo meat. Roughly minced from the finest cuts of buffalo, consisting of the lower bowl, brisket and shoulder, they are seasoned and mixed only with salt and pepper. Besides the characteristic buffalo aroma, they captivate with their enormous juiciness, despite their comparatively low fat content.

Preparation recommendation:
Thaw the patties in the refrigerator and take them out about an hour before cooking. Then cook through in a skillet or on the grill. Serve our gourmet burgers topped with our buffalo mozzarella in a juicy brioche bun and subtle toppings of your choice - keeping the focus on the highest quality ingredients. 

Meat Lore: We use only the highest quality, sinew-free water buffalo meat from the lower shell #9, brisket #5 and shoulder #2.
