Our "Königsmaultaschen" are handmade from fresh dough paired with selected herbs, spices and our wonderfully aromatic water buffalo meat in a Swabian manufactory. Whether crispy & golden brown fried in the pan or on the grill as well as classic in broth, our Königsmaultaschen are always a delight.
Ingredients: Water buffalo meat 45%, pasta dough 22% (durum wheat semolina, wheat flour, egg, water, salt), beef, pork, parsley, carrots, salt, spices, pepper, mace, preservatives E250, antioxidant E300.
