Our buffalo butter is made from fresh buffalo milk cream in the south of Italy, in Campania. The years of experience in the artisan processing of this delicacy creates the creamy airy consistency and the fine, mild aroma. Pure on a loaf of bread, for sautéing or for that special touch on a steak, the full flavor of the butter comes out perfectly.
Due to the absence of beta-carotene, a yellow-orange pigment of milk fat, buffalo butter is bright white.
