The provider collects data about every access to the online offer (so-called server log files). The access data includes the name of the accessed website, file, date and time of access, transferred data volume, notification of successful access, browser type and version, the user's operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited site), IP address and the requesting provider.

The provider uses the protocol data without allocation to the person of the user or other profile creation in accordance with the legal regulations only for statistical evaluations for the purpose of operation, security and optimisation of the online offer. However, the provider reserves the right to subsequently check the protocol data if there is a justified suspicion of illegal use based on concrete evidence.

Personal data is only collected and used by the provider if this is legally permitted or if the users agree to the collection of data. As a rule, it is clear to users when using the service which data is stored, for example name, e-mail address and message when using the order form.

The personal data provided for the purpose of ordering goods (such as name, e-mail address, postal address, payment data) are used by the Seller for the fulfilment and processing of the contract. This data is treated confidentially, transmitted in encrypted form and not passed on to third parties who are not involved in the ordering, delivery and payment process.

When contacting the provider (via contact form or email), the user's details are stored for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event that follow-up questions arise.

The Provider has taken organisational, contractual and technical security measures to ensure that the provisions of the data protection laws are complied with and that accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorised persons is prevented.

User data will only be forwarded to third parties if this is permitted by law or if a user has consented to the forwarding.

This is the case, for example, if the forwarding of data serves the fulfilment of contractual obligations towards the user and the postal address is transferred to a forwarding company after a shop order. Or if the data is requested by competent authorities such as law enforcement agencies.

The personal data of users will in no way be sold or passed on to third parties for advertising purposes or to create user profiles.

The provider uses "cookies" within the scope of its online offer. Cookies are small files that are stored on the user's computer and can store information for providers. Temporary cookies are deleted when the browser is closed, permanent cookies are retained for a specified period of time and can make the stored information available when the online offer is called up again.

Cookies are used on the one hand to facilitate the use of the service. For example, a cookie stores the shopping basket status of a user.

The user can influence the use of cookies. Most browsers have an option to restrict or completely prevent the saving of cookies. The provider makes every effort to design the online offer in such a way that the use of cookies is not necessary. However, it is pointed out that the use and in particular the comfort of use are restricted without cookies.

E-mails with promotional information about the provider and his services will only be sent with the express consent of the user. Users can object to receiving the newsletter at any time. A possibility to object is found in every e-mail.

Before the newsletter is sent, the e-mail owner receives a confirmation e-mail in which he/she must confirm the newsletter registration. Non-confirmed registrations are automatically deleted within four weeks at the latest.

Messages within the scope of the contractual relationship with the user do not belong to advertising information. This includes the sending of technical information, information on payment processing, queries on orders and comparable messages.

Users can subsequently request to be removed from the notification list by e-mail to the contact details given above.

In the course of registration, the Provider stores the registration and confirmation time and the IP address of the user. The Provider is legally obliged to log the registrations in order to be able to prove a proper registration.

The provider uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on the user's computer and which enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about the use of the website by the user is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

However, in the event that IP anonymisation is activated on this website, the IP address of Google's users within member states of the European Union or in other states which are party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area will be shortened beforehand. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. IP anonymisation is active on this website. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate the use of the website by the users, to compile reports on the website activities and to provide further services to the website operator in connection with the website and internet use.

The IP address transmitted by your browser within the framework of Google Analytics is not merged with other data from Google. Users can prevent the storage of cookies by means of a corresponding setting in their browser software; however, the provider points out to users that in this case they may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. Furthermore, users can prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to their use of the website (including their IP address) to Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link:

This online offer uses social plugins ("plugins") of the social network, which is operated by Facebook Inc, 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook"). The plugins can be recognised by one of the Facebook logos (white "f" on blue tile or a "thumbs up" sign) or are marked with the addition "Facebook Social Plugin". The list and appearance of the Facebook Social Plugins can be viewed here:

When a user calls up a website of this online offer that contains such a plugin, his browser establishes a direct connection with the Facebook servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted by Facebook directly to the user's browser and integrated into the website by the browser. The provider therefore has no influence on the extent of the data that Facebook collects with the help of this plugin and therefore informs the users according to their level of knowledge: By integrating the plugin, Facebook receives the information that a user has called up the corresponding page of the online offer. If the user is logged in to Facebook, Facebook can assign the visit to his or her Facebook account. If a user interacts with the plugins, for example by pressing the Like button or making a comment, the corresponding information is transmitted directly from your browser to Facebook and stored there. If a user is not a member of Facebook, it is still possible for Facebook to find out his or her IP address and save it. According to Facebook, only an anonymised IP address is stored in Germany.

The purpose and scope of data collection and the further processing and use of data by Facebook, as well as the relevant rights and setting options to protect the privacy of users, can be found in Facebook's privacy policy:

If a user is a Facebook member and does not want Facebook to collect data about him/her via this online offer and link it with his/her membership data stored on Facebook, he/she must log out of Facebook before visiting the website and delete the corresponding Facebook cookies. It is also possible to block Facebook social plug-ins with add-ons for the browser, for example with the "Facebook Blocker".

This website uses Hotjar, a web analysis tool. It uses it to anonymously record interactions of randomly selected individual visitors with the website. This creates a log of e.g. mouse movements and clicks with the aim of showing possible improvements to the respective website. In addition, information on the operating system, browser, incoming and outgoing links, geographical origin, as well as resolution and type of device are evaluated for statistical purposes. This information is not personal and will not be passed on to third parties by Hotjar. If you do not wish a recording to be made, you can deactivate it on all Internet pages that use Hotjar by setting the DoNotTrack header in your browser. You can find information on this on the following page:

The user has the right to request information free of charge about the personal data stored about him by the provider. Contact details can be found in the imprint of the provider.

In addition, the user has the right to correct incorrect data, block and delete his personal data, as long as there is no legal obligation to keep records.

Changes to the privacy policy
The provider reserves the right to amend the data protection declaration in order to adapt it to changes in the legal situation or in the event of changes to the service and data processing.

If we make advance payments, e.g. in the case of a purchase on account, we may obtain a credit rating from the German credit investigation agency Schufa (Schufa) on the basis of mathematical-statistical procedures in order to protect our legitimate interests. For this purpose, we transmit the personal data required for a credit assessment to the Schufa and use the information received on the statistical probability of a payment default for a balanced decision on the establishment, execution or termination of the contractual relationship. The creditworthiness information may include probability values (score values), which are calculated on the basis of scientifically recognised mathematical-statistical methods and in the calculation of which address data, among other things, are included. Your interests worthy of protection are taken into account in accordance with the statutory provisions.
